By using perma.bio you agree to these terms.

Service. perma.bio hosts a personal link page at a handle you claim, and optionally on a custom domain you control.
Evergreen. Publishing a live page and attaching a custom domain require an active Evergreen subscription ($18/year unless a locked join price applies). Drafts and previews are free.
Price lock. The annual price recorded when you first subscribe remains your renewal rate for continuous Evergreen on that account.
Content. You are responsible for links and content you publish. No illegal, abusive, or phishing material. We may unpublish pages that violate this.
No seller fees. We do not process payments for your products or take a cut of sales through your page. Links leave to third-party checkouts you choose.
Domains. You must own or control any custom domain you attach and keep DNS records accurate. AWS certificate and CDN fees for tenants are included in Evergreen at our cost subject to fair use.
Availability. The service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Cancellation. Cancel via the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the paid period ends; the live page is unpublished when Evergreen lapses.
